Structure constants of mesons in the model of quark diagrams

The electromagnetic radii of pions and kaons, the parameters of the form factors of the K/sub 13/ decay, and the structure constants of the decay ..pi -->..1..nu gamma.. are calculated assuming a global duality between the quark loop diagrams and the contribution of the sum of hadron resonances to the sum rules for the meson structure parameters resulting from current algebra.
