A model of mesons and baryons composed of relativistic quarks is formulated in the infinite-momentum frame. A variant of this model allowing classification with respect to the group SU(6) x O(3) is constructed and used for the analysis of the data on the magnetic moments, electromagnetic radii, and G/sub A//G/sub V/ ratio of the nucleons; a self-consistent description of the data is obtained. We evaluate the mean square momenta of quarks in the nucleon (which turn out to be comparable to their mass), the mass, and the anomalous magnetic moments of the u and d quarks.
