Germanium thin film growth onto high Tc superconducting films

Germanium thin films growth onto high Tc superconducting films has been studied. The crystallized Ge films were prepared on the YBaCuO films at the substrate temperature above 2000. ESCA study revealed that the Ge films were formed without intense reaction between Ge and YBaCuO.
