This paper reports on high-Tc superconducting thin films deposited on glass substrate coated with oxide buffer layer studied without subsequent post anneal. It is well known that Y-Ba-Cu-O and SiO{sub 2} glass react chemically during the deposition above the substrate temperature of 500{degrees} C. For oxide buffer layers was taken up ITO (In{sub 2}O{sub 3}Sn). Owing to the transparent for visible light similar to glass and electroconductive properties, they are well called transparent conducting oxide (TCO) materials. This proposed structure (HTSC/ITO/Glass) came to be composed entirely of oxide materials. The deposition of the superconducting films were carried out by either excimer laser ablation of sputtering below the substrate temperature of 750{degrees} C.
