Wyoming crude petroleum and natural gas production: a manpower survey

Book ·
OSTI ID:5914615
A crude petroleum and natural gas production manpower survey was initiated in April 1977 with three intended goals: estimate the number of workers in selected occupations and skill levels; determine the average hourly wages in each occupation and skill level; and estimate the percentage of workers unionized in each occupation and skill level. It was determined that 120 establishments met the requirements to be primarily engaged in operating oil and gas field properties and engaged in drilling oil or gas wells for other firms on a contract or fee. Tables and charts are given that summarize the results from 77 firms, representing 3,402 workers.
