The dual model with quantized slope of the Regge trajectories proposed recently by the present author is used to construct the operator vertices for nucleon emission and absorption. As a consequence of the gauge properties of the model, these vertices have a ''three-quark'' structure. This three-quark structure and the corresponding wave functions are determined by the product of three anticommuting operators carrying spin and isospin equal to 1/2.
