Hadronic amplitudes in the dual model with quantized slope of the Regge trajectories

The Born approximation in the dual model with quantized slope of the Regge trajectories is used to construct the amplitudes for the interaction of an arbitrary number of pions. Use is made of dual vertex operators of the Bardakci--Halpern type and propagators which ensure the quantization of the slopes of the trajectories. The internal degrees of freedom of the model make it possible to include nucleons, kaons, and hyperons in a natural way. The predictions of the Born approximation for the hadron spectrum are already in good agreement with experiment.
