With the aid of the prostaglandin synthetase of ram seminal vesicles the authors have obtained prostaglandin F/sub 2..cap alpha../ with a molar radioactivity of 6.1 TBq/mmole from (5.6,8,9,11,12,14,15-/sup 3/H) arachidonic acid. By chemical transformation of intensively labeled prostaglandin E/sub 2/ the authors have also obtained prostaglandins A/sub 2/, B/sub 2/, F/sub 2..cap alpha../, and F/sub 2..beta../ with molar radioactivities of 4.4 TBq/mmole, 3.9 TBq/mmole, 5.5 TBq/mmole, and 5.5 TBq/mmole, respectively.
