Thermo-emf coefficients of antimony-doped copper selenide in the liquid state

The nature of the temperature and concentration dependences of the thermo-emf coefficients of antimony-doped copper selenide is studied in the liquid phase. Cu/sub 2/Se-based alloys as well as that corresponding to the stoichiometric composition of Cu/sub 2/Se were synthesized. Concentration dependences of the thermo-emf coefficients were constructed from the obtained data and are shown.
