Cited reports describe the use of neutron activation analysis to detect trace amounts, down to nanogram levels in some cases, of vanadium, arsenic, selenium, antimony, iodine, bromine, cobalt, iron, potassium, manganese, rubidium, zinc, sodium, cadmium, mercury, chromium, and protein in foods. Both instrumental and radiochemical methods are discussed. (This updated bibliography contains 123 citations, 19 of which are new entries to the previous edition.)
