Cited abstracts describe the use of neutron activation analysis to detect trace amounts, down to nanogram levels in some cases, of vanadium, arsenic, selenium, antimony, iodine, bromine, cobalt, iron, potassium, manganese, rubidium, zinc, sodium, cadmium, mercury, chromium and protein in foods. Both instrumental and radiochemical methods are discussed. (Contains 104 abstracts)
