The authors compare the influence of natural communities of marine microincrustations on various stages in the corrosion of certain structural steels (G20, G17, 15KhN5 St3, and alloy of Al-Zn-Mg system). The comparative biocorrosion resistances of the metals in model media and sea water were determined by weighing.
