The major legislative development was the lack of any new amendments added to the Clean Air Act. Judicial developments were divided into new source-permitting cases, state implementation plans and regulation of interstate air pollution, the regulation of hazardous air pollutants, enforcement and attorney fee award cases, and significant state court decisions. The administrative developments are categorized by state implementation plans and new source reviews, National Ambient Air Quality Standards, New Source Performance Standards, Radiation Programs, and the Lead Phasedown. 290 references.
