In the 11th report, the Nuclear Waste Technical Review Board (Board) summarizes for the Congress and the Secretary of Energy the major findings, conclusions, and recommendations that have resulted from Board activities during 1994. The Board believes that the information contained in the report, will be useful to policy makers and Department of Energy (DOE) managers and staff as they consider during the coming months the status and future of the civilian radioactive waste management program.
