The Nuclear Waste Technical Review Board (Board) herewith submits its Report to the U.S. Congress and the Secretary of Energy -- 1995 Findings and Recommendations in accordance with the requirements of the Nuclear Waste Policy Amendments Act of 1987, Public Law 100-203. In its report, the Board summarizes the major findings, conclusions, and recommendations that have resulted from Board activities during calendar year 1995. The authors believe that the information contained in this report will be useful to policy makers and Department of Energy managers and staff as they consider during the coming months the status and future of the civilian radioactive waste management program.
