Film photoconverters based on Zn/sub x/Cd/sub 1-x/S solid solutions

The photoelectric properties of film photoconverters based on Zn/sub x/Cd/sub 1-x/S solid solutions have been investigated. It is shown that the spectral dependence of photosensitivity for p Cu/sub 2-x/S-nZn/sub x/Cd/sub 1-x/S photoconverters depends on the sink content of the Zn/sub x/Cd/sub 1-x/S solid solution. The efficiencies of p Cu/sub 2-x/S-nZn/sub x/Cd/sub 1-x/S photoconverters are determined from the load characteristic.
