The {gamma} decay of resonancelike structures observed in the reaction of radiative capture of protons by {sup 21}Ne, {sup 25}Mg, and {sup 29}Si nuclei has been studied. An M1 resonance has been identified in the {sup 22}Na, {sup 26}Al, and {sup 30}P nuclei. The deformation of the {sup 22}Na and {sup 30}P nuclei has been determined from an analysis of the energy splitting of the M1 resonance in these nuclei. The difference in the position and total strength of the M1 resonance in nuclei of the sd shell is explained by the influence of pairing forces and by transitions of valence nucleons.
