Differentiation and radiosensitivity of hemopoietic stem cells of hypokinetic mice

It was established that there is a change in erythroid differentiation and CFU (colony-forming unit) radiosensitivity at the early stage of hypokinesia (3 days), when there is prevalence of the stress reaction. This effect is related to redistribution of T lymphocytes, the number of which increases in the bone marrow of hypokinetic mice. At the late stages of hypokinesia (30 days), when the changes in the body are attributable to hypokinesia, there is normalization of differentiation and radiosensitivity of CFU.
