The Netherlands chooses CHP -is it an answer to nuclear power

Journal Article · · Energy (Stamford, Conn.); (United States)
OSTI ID:5489899
A forceful argument against nuclear energy is presented by the Netherlands. That country has been working on energy fundamentals, uninfluenced by the history of atomic energy warfare in the UK and the US. The Dutch say they need heat and power, and as long as they have natural resources, they will use them to the utmost possible advantage. The new installation of combined heat and power plant in the Hague follows the proven success of major CHP services in Utrecht and Rotterdam.
