Theoretical aspects of [ital K][r arrow][pi][ital e][sup +][ital e][sup [minus]] and [ital K][r arrow][pi][gamma][gamma]

We propose a lagrangian which may describe low energy physics of QCD([le]1 GeV). The lagrangian which incorporates SU(3) symmetry breaking and low lying mesons (spin [le]1) may give us new aspects for K meson physics. [ital K][r arrow][pi][ital e][bar [nu]], [ital K][sup +][r arrow][pi][sup +][ital e+][ital e][sup [minus]] and [ital K][sub [ital L]][r arrow][pi][sup 0][gamma][gamma] are discussed by using the lagrangian and preliminary results are presented.
