Under the assumption of pseudoscalar-meson pole dominance for {ital K}{sub {ital L}}{r arrow}2{gamma} and {ital K}{sub {ital L}}{r arrow}{pi}{sup +}{pi}{sup {minus}}{gamma} decays, {alpha}({ital K}{sub {ital L}}{eta}) and {alpha}({ital K}{sub {ital L}}{eta}{prime}) are determined. Experimental consequences on {ital K}{sub {ital L}}{r arrow}{pi}{sup +}{pi}{sup {minus}}{gamma}, {ital K}{sub {ital L}}{r arrow}{pi}{sup 0}{gamma}{gamma}, and {ital K}{sub {ital L}}{r arrow}{pi}{sup 0}{ital e+}{ital e{minus}} are discussed.
