The Sb-Sb/sub 2/Se/sub 3/-SbI/sub 3/ system

Phase diagrams of polythermal sections of Sb /SUB 0.6/ Se /SUB 0.4/ -Sb /SUB 0.8/ I /SUB 0.2/ , Sb/sub 2/Se/sub 3/-Sb /SUB 0.7/ I /SUB 0.3/ , and Sb /SUB 0.37/ Se /SUB 0.47/ I /SUB 0.16/ -Sb /SUB 0.6/ I /SUB 0.4/ were drawn. It was established that the phase-separation region in the ternary Sb-Sb/sub 2/Se/sub 3/-SbI/sub 3/ system proceeds along the entire field of crystallization of Sb from the side of Sb-Se to the side of Sb-I.
