The Northern Tier Pipeline

Described is the Northern Tier Pipeline project, one of several competing proposals for supplying Alaska North Slope and foreign crude to the Northern Tier states. The Northern Tier Pipeline would run 1557 mi between Port Angeles, Wash., and Clearbrook, Minn.
