Nuclear magnetic resonance on oriented nuclei has been observed for {sup 193}Os ({ital I}{sup {pi}}=(3/2){sup {minus}};{ital T}{sub 1/2}=30.0 h) as dilute impurity in Fe, the zero-field hyperfine splitting frequency being 410.2(2) MHz. With the hyperfine field {ital B}{sub HF}(Os{ital Fe})={minus}1106.3(3) kG and taking into account the uncertainties introduced by the unknown hyperfine anomaly and the resonance displacement caused by an unresolved quadrupole interaction, the {ital g} factor and magnetic moment of {sup 193}Os are deduced to be {ital g}=+0.4864(11) and {mu}=+0.7297(16) {mu}{sub {ital N}}.
