Analysis of collective properties of secondary particles in CC interactions at 4. 2 GeV/c per nucleon

An analysis is made of the collective properties of the secondary charged particles produced in all and multinucleon CC interactions at momentum 4.2 GeV/c per nucleon, expressed in the variables sphericity, thrust, flatness,

, and

. The experimental data are compared with the predictions of the intranuclear cascade model and the model of independent nucleon-nucleus collisions. It is shown that in multinucleon CC collisions one observes creation of protons and complex baryons whose collective properties cannot be described by means of the models of CC collisions of a noncollective type considered in this work.
