Measurements with thermionic fuel elements in the ITR critical facility

The critical facility ITR is described and measurements of reactor physical parameters are reported. Critical masses of different core- configurations and reactivity effects are discussed. The feasibility of dynamic methods is presented. By means of reaction rates the spectral peculiarities of ITR are shown. Representation of power distributions is given. (auth)
