An automatic mass spectrometer was developed which can analy e microgram quantities of Li in five minutes or less. The isotopic abundances are automatically computed to at.% an wt% by an analog computer. The assay is displayed on digital ratiometer and a digital printer records the results on a sample requisition in reportable form. (auth)
