FLUCTUATIONS IN THE CROSS SECTION OF Si$sup 28$(n,$alpha$)Mg$sup 25$ REACTION WITH FAST NEUTRONS
Using a small accelerator, Si/sup 28/ (n, alpha )Mg/sup 25/ cross sections at 13.5 to 14.7 Mev were measured at 100-kev intervals. Cross section peaks are plotted as functions of neutron energy and the properties of the first Mg/sup 25/ levels are tabulated. (L.N.N.)
