Experimental Studies on the Intra-Pelvic Dose-Distribution of 137 Cs γ-ray and 290 kVp X-ray
So far as the percentage depth dose is concerned, Cs137 teletherapy falls between Co⁶⁰ gamma ray and conventional 200 kvp x ray. The advantages and disadvantages of Cs137 are summarized. (auth)
