Its input and output pulses are 1.5 and 3.8 v respectively; its counting rate is 50 kc; its pulse rise and fall times are 14 and 17 mu sec respectively; it has a power dissipation of about 0.4 w; and its dimensions are about 115 x 60 x 45 mm.
