The motor activity decreases in rabbits after irradiations of 500 and 800 r. The degree of motor activity decline depends on the dose and time lapse. Differences in this activity of animals depending upon the irradiation dose are especially marked on the 5th and 10th day after irradiation; after irradiation with a dose of 800 r the decrease of the activity was greater in comparison with that observed after irradiation with 500 r. The diurnal rhythm, characteristic for the given type of animal, is preserved---a high level of activity prevails during the day. (auth)
