The principles of the reactions using artificial gamma -ray /sup 109/ ,Cd/sup 111/, and In/sup 115/ are discussed based on the Compton scattering theory. The estimation of the resonance flux and over-all cross section of a nuclide for radioactivation is discussed mathematically. (OID)
