RECENT IMPROVEMENTS IN SAFETY AMPLIFIER SYSTEMS

Journal Article · · Research Reactor J.
OSTI ID:4819318
A discussion is given of seven problem areas in safety amplifier systems and improvements made to the systems. The areas discussed are: false scrams, shift in apparent power level, reduction of high voltage on coaxial cables, magnet current indication, high flux reverse relay, scram test circuit, and magnet current relays. Improved circuits are shown for regulated power supply, sensitivity control, cable monitor, and scram test. (N.W.R.)
