EMISSION FROM Mn$sup 5$$sup 6$ (in Russian)
Partial beta spectra with corresponding gamma quanta were separated and measured in order to determine the Mn/sup 56/ decay scheme. The beta spectra, analyzed by Fermi graph, indicate three partial spectra with boundary energies of 2830 plus or minus 40, 1030, and 750 kev with relative intensities of 60, 28, and 12% respectively. The gamma spectrum, measured with a luminescence gamma spectrometer, indicates 845, 1810, and 2l00 kev peaks and weak gamma transitions at 2530 and 2660 kev. The boundary energy of 780 plus or minus 60 kev on the beta spectrum, correlated with the 2.10 Mev gamma quanta, is in good agreement with a single beta spectrum, and the obtained decay scheme confirms the accepted scheme.
