The design of a fast neutron tlme-of-fllght spectrometer with a 3 nsec resolving time is presented. The channel width is approximates 1 nsec, with width irregularity of about 0.1%. The recording system of the annlyzer consists of 256 channels with a capacity of 2t6 pulses. The data are automatlcally recorded. (R.V.J.)
