A design is given of a 256-channel time analyzer for neutron time-of- flight spectrometers. The analyzer is operated with an accelerator or automatic neutron selector. The memory installation is equipped with a magnetic drum. Four two-beam electron tubes are utilized for pulse selection and intermediate memory. The minimum channel width is 0.5 mu sec. Accumulated data are read from the tube screen either in binary or linear form or from decade scales. (tr- auth)
