NUMERICAL CALCULATIONS OF MULTIPLE COULOMB EXCITATION CROSS SECTIONS

Numerical results obtained in an extension of the calculations by Alder and Winter on cross sections for multiple E2 Coulomb excitation are presented. The results include a range of parameters particularly useful in the analysis of multiple E2 Coulomb excitation produced by heavy ions in tandem Van de Graaff accelerators. (J.R.D.)
