ON THE SCHEME OF THE Eu$sup 149$$Yields$Sm$sup 149$ DECAY

The Eu/sup 149/ yields Sm/sup 149/ decay was investigated. The Eu preparation was isolated from a tantalum target that was irradiated by 660 Mev protons. Apart from the gamma -transitions with energies 256, 279, and 330 kev, five transitions were found: 530, 508, 352, 178, and 22 kev. The Eu/sup 149/ decay scheme was given. (auth)
