Integrated Navier-Stokes equations and electrodynamics of slowly moving media were used for determining the distribution rate in steady, laminar flow of conducting fluid in a rectangular tube under ponderomotive forces. The derived solution is unique. Expressions are also found for the mean rate of flow and tube friction losses. The results were correlated with Hartman and Lazarus data and with previous experiments.
