A problem of steady conducting fluid flow in a rectargular channel with ideally conducting side walls (y = plus or minus a) and nonconducting upper and lower walls (z = plus or minus l) was reduced to an infinite system of algebraic equations, resolved by subsequent approximations. An approximate resolution was also derived for problems with large Hartman numbers. (R.V.J.)
