MEASUREMENT OF THE L/K AND M/L CAPTURE RATIOS IN $sup 71$Ge DECAY
A direct measurement of the L/K and M/L capture ratios of Ge/sup 71/ has been made using a multiwire proportional counter. The L/K capture ratio was found to be 0.1187 plus or minus 0.0008, and the M/L capture ratio has been determined to be 0.141 plus or minus 0.010. In addition, a value of 0.106 plus or minus 0.003 was obtained for the L/K capture ratio of Fe/sup 55/. (auth)
