DECAY OF 27-h Ho$sup 16$$sup 6$

Three gamma rays are observed following the decay of 27-h Ho/sup 116/ representing cascade transitions in Er/sup 116/ from the (0, 0+) level at 1460 kev through the (2, 2+) level at 787 kev. The presence of two high-energy gamma transitions is confirmed. Absolute gamma intensities and beta branching ratios are measured for the decay of Hot66 and a decay scheme is presented. (auth)
