The quantitative regularities of Sr/sup 90/ transition in rats to the progeny via the placenta during pregnancy and with the milk during nursing following single intraperitoneal introduction of the isotope to the mother in a dose of 0.4 mC/g were studied. Determinations were made of the radioactivity in the progeny of three generations of rats at different periods after isotope administration. On the basis of experimental data, calculations were made of adsorbed tissue doses in rats received by the material skeleton and the progeny. (auth)
