GAMMA RADIATION FROM PROTON CAPTURE IN Na$sup 2$$sup 3$

Gamma decays of l2 resonances in the reaction o 1.42 Mev were re- examincd with large scintillation detectors and coincidence techniques. Weaker cascades through the states of Mg/sup 24/ between the excitation energies of 6 and 8 Mev were found. Relative intensities were measured for the observed gamma rays and consistent decay schemes proposed. Absolute yields were determined. (auth)
