GAMMA RADIATIONS FROM THE PROTON CAPTURE OF Mg$sup 2$$sup 5$

Journal Article · · Nuclear Phys.
The gamma spectra from the Mg/sup 25/(p, gamma )A1/sup 26/ reaction were observed at 0.950 to 1.80 Mev. The decays were examined for 20 resonances using large scintillation detectors and coincidence techniques. Cascades through ibtermediate levels in A1/sup 26/ were observed. Relative intensities were measured for all the gamma rays and consistent decay schemes proposed. (auth)
