DETERMINATION OF URANIUM IN AQUEOUS EFFLUENTS

A sample of the effluent is evaporated to low bulk and uranium extracted from the solution with tributyl phosphate --isooctane reagent. Uranium in the organic extract is then determined absorptiometrically as the dibenzoylmethane complex. (auth)
