DETERMINATION OF URANIUM IN HERBAGE

A sample of oven-dried herbage is ignited and the ash leached with nitric acid. Uranium is extracted from the solution with tributyl phosphate/ isooctane reagent and determined absorptiometrically as the dibenzoylmethane complex. (auth)
