EFFECT OF X-IRRADIATION ON THE FUNCTION OF THE RES OF MICE. III. INFLUENCE OF FRACTIONATED IRRADIATION ON THE FUNCTION OF THE RES OF MICE

The RES function in mice was examined by means of the injection of India mk followed by different schemes of fractional x irradiation with a total dose of 600 r. The level of the phagocytic index (Ga) was relatively well maintained in the group of 50 r x 12 times, as also the function of the RES in different fractionally irradiated groups, such as 50r x12, 100 r x6, 200r x3, 300r x2, and600r xl.
