FAST NEUTRON TIME-OF-FLIGHT SPECTROMETER

An apparatus for time measurements in the millimicrosecond region, suitable for use in time-of-flight fast neutron spectrometry and short lifetime measurements were constructed. Results of testing experiments with gamma sources of Co/sup 60/, Hg/sup 197m1/ and Er/sup 166/ and neutron t.o.f. spectrum for the E/sub n/ = 14 Mev are presented. (auth)
