A time conversion type 256-channel pulse height analyzer, which uses a parametron memory circuit, was constructed. The memory cycle was reduced to l00 mu sec by means of a novel logical circuit. An analog-digital converter of the pulse height analyzer can analyze pulses, which come simultaneously from up to eight different counters, and can sort pulses from a counter into up to eight groups, in accordance with coincidence inputs from other counters.
